First Ever Sally's Haul

I was so excited about my first trip to Sally's this weekend. I've been dying to get my hands on the much talked about CHI Silk infusion and Chinaglaze nail polishes.

When I turned up I found they had 60% off all CHI products, so Silk Infusion was only about £6, rush to buy it if you love it!Bargain! I got two (one for a friend) and their Nourish Intense Mask and Keratin Mist Leave-in Treatment. I also got Chinaglaze Nail Strengthener and Growth Formula as I am trying to grow my nails. I will let you know how this works out for me!

I could not resist a couple of OPI nail polishes- I love pale, creamy colours. I got Malaysian Mist (left) and Tickle my France-y (right).

Malaysian Mist on top and Tickle My France-y below.
I think I prefer Tickle My France-y so far. I love that it's a nude but with a very slight hint of mauve. It's different from anything I already own and I think that it is very ladylike and elegant.
After much umming and ahhing I finally decided on, from left to right, Garter Belt, First Class and Cherry Crystal.

So now you want to know what I think about CHI Silk Infusion?

After reading all the rave reviews I have to admit I had high hopes. And it did not disappoint. I've been using this for a few days now and my hair, honestly, has never felt softer or looked healthier. This is the stuff of dreams for those of you that crave lovely, healthy, shiny, bouncy hair and to be honest who doesn't.

Being blonde I was a little dubious of the liquid like formula, usually for me serums make my hair look a bit greasy and I'm not a fan so I was careful not to get this anywhere near my roots. On the first day I applied it to towel dried hair and learnt a quick lesson. Becareful when getting the liquid out, I squeezed too hard and loads came out.

I have quite long hair and I've found that not a huge amount is needed in order for it to be dispersed evenly through my hair. After drying my hair instantly feels softer and thicker. It has an added bounce and ouzes shine. Again being blonde I find it hard to make it look healthy, I deeply envy brunettes who's hair always look so shiny and fresh.

For me this works and I'm really impressed with it, definately a must have, I'll be going back to Sally's to restock especially at half the price.
