Happy New Year!

Happy New Year fellow bloggers! Hope 2009 is a good makeup year for you all! I celebrated last night with my friend, Hele. I don't usually enjoy NYE, it's always a bit of an anti-climax but last night was fab; really chilled out with cocktails, good music and great conversation.

Of course I will share our makeup looks with you all. Here are some pics;

That's me on the left and Hele on the right. You may be a bit confused as to my true identity as I have been using Hele as my makeup model for a few of my posts! But here I am at last. 

Holly's makeup;

• Face; YSL Perfect Touch foundation, MSF Natural in medium, Bobbi Brown Eye Brightener, Mac StudioFinish concealer, NARS Sin blusher, NARS Laguna Bronzer and NARS Copacobana multiple as a highlighter. 
• Eyes; Tesco Barbara Daly Eye base (great UDPP dupe), MAC Naked Lunch all over lid, MAC Shale as a shader, NARS Night Flight in the crease, Bobbi Brown Sapphire gel liner, Estee Lauder Smoked Eye pencil in smoked sapphire under eye and Chanel Exceptionel mascara. 
• Lips; NYX Black Label lipstick in India. 

Hele's makeup;

• Face; BareMinerals powder in light, Bobbi Brown Eye Brightener, NARS Sin blusher, Nars Laguna and Casino bronzers, NARS Albatross highlighter. 
  
• Eyes; Tesco eye base, MAC Femme-Fi eyeshadow, Barry M Bronze Dazzle Dust, NARS Surabaya I eyeshadow, MAC Mineralized Inter-view trio shadow (brown), MAC Teddy Eye Kohl and MAC Fibre Rich Lash.
• Lips; GOSH lipstick in Darling and Estee Lauder High Gloss in pearl. 

As you can see we are both wearing falsies; we are not this gifted in the eyelash department! I wore Shu Uemura winged corner lashes (around £15!) and Hele wore her cheap and cheerful N.Y.C lashes, £1.99 from Superdrug! These are a great buy; she prefers them to her MAC and Shu Uemura ones.
