On first glance Nars's new multiple tint in Turks and Caicos looks unwearable. I mean who wants neon orange cheeks or lips for that matter but oh when swatched do you get a surprise.
It literally translates as Mac's coveted Ripe Peach, a gorgeous peachy pink but in stick/gel form which leaves the skin with a healthy looking glow rather than a powdery finish making it the perfect summer blush.I'm not a fan of the original multiples, the consistancy and formula just don't work on my skin but the new limited edition tint versions couldn't be more different.
The tints which come in three gorgeous shades have a very light gel consistancy which makes them fuss free to apply and a dream to blend.
I find the best way to apply Turks and Caicos is with my Mac 131 brush by stippling it along the top of my cheekbones and then gently blend around the edges with my fingers.I'm not really into obvious Aunt Sally cheeks, I prefer more of a natural hint of colour and the tint is perfect for this. The colour payoff is good but can also be built up easily too.
If you have oily skin and tend to steer clear of cream blushes don't be put off the tints they have great staying power unusually and don't slide off during the day.If your lucky enough to own Ripe Peach or its close copies by Estee Lauder and Sisley then I find using a little over the top helps to conceal some of the glossiness if you don't like the shine.
The multiple tint's are a little pricey at £27 but in my mind well worth it, I've used it every day since I purchased it from Liberty's around six weeks ago. The formula is unique, the colour gorgeous, it is multi-purpose and you need so little on application that the tube will last for ages!
If you like the look of Turks or Caicos and it's other multiple tint siblings they are limited edition so I'm not sure how long they will be available. I know Space NK and Nars.com still have them.
Have you seen the multiple tints? What did you think?

I'm definitely going to check this out, thank you so much for the review!! x
I love these kind of tints ... but normally from afar - as I'm always worried they'll just rub off my liquid foundation base :( - hmm, am I just being paranoid lady? I'm having a bit of a peachy-orangey moment and really love the look of this!

@Ariel - no problem, i love it and should have wrote about it sooner :) xx
@Girlinthecity - no your not being paranoid i thought the same thing but they don't. I think applying it with a brush really helps and not straight from the tube.It turns to a powder like formualtion on application so no greasiness or sliding xx
Love it, I have been planning on picking this up for AGES!

@E - no way you need this, it is my favourite blush product ever i think! x
@ellamarie84 - oh yeh its such a good dupe same colour when applied. If you like powder versions too Estee Lauders Peach Nuance is so similar and Sisley do one to but V.expensive x
@Roxy - me too x
@lilylipstick - it is perfect for the summer so light and fresh looking x
I have just bought this and i love it! x
Thanks Holly for this comparison. I never thought they would look similar. I have the duo blush by mac so I guess I don't really need the multiple by Nars. I'm sure the finish is different but the colours are there. :-)

Lovely pic Holly! What brush did you use? I bought Cadaques today but haven't used it yet as I'm unsure what brush to use, with other multiples they dragged my liquid foundation off a bit :( xx
@Sophie - i find this too if i use multiples from the tube but i use the mac 131 a duofibre brush which applies it perfectly! x
Thank you so much for the swatch! I also missed out on Ripe Peach so I'm glad I can get something that's pretty close. Also, I've been wanting to try this Nars stick but was afraid of the brightness. Now I can safely purchase this. =)
They 're definitely super similar!!!
So, now it makes sense why this is on my wishlist, as I really like colours similar to Ripe Peach on my cheeks!!!
Great discovery, thx for bringing this to our attention!
