Eeek!! Had I been using a normal deodorant I might just be breaking into a sweat right now at the thought of blogging about a personal hygiene topic, but seeing as I'm wearing Dove's new Maximum Protection that won't be a problem, phew!Not to worry I won't be getting too intimate on here, this is a beauty blog after all, but I just wanted to lightly address the problem that is sweat. Ok, perspiration then, sounds much nicer doesn't it?
We all do it, it is a natural bodily function (!!) and one that at times can be quite a sensitive subject for some; while I'm no Sweaty Betty, I am human and therefore do perspire.
Well, I did, until I purchased Dove's new 48hr dream cream. Gentle but thoroughly effective, Maximum Protection has surpassed all of my expectations; the days of the dreaded damp patch are long gone, now that I've finally found a deodorant that actually does the job.
I honestly can not recommend this more. I love everything about it, the fresh scent, the non sticky formula that absorbs in an instant and of course the fact that it leaves my armpits completely dry.
Compared to other anti-perspirants this is pricey at £5.10 but in my mind completely worth it, I'd never go back to aerosol after using this and I guess if you could put a price on being sweat free and fresh all day then this most certainly would be it!
Has anyone else tried Maximum Protection? Are you as impressed as I am?

Oo I've been looking out for a review of this, I haven't been impressed with Dove in the past but might give this a try. Have you tried the Sure version? I'd love to know how they compare for you xx
I love maximum protection. I don't use it everyday as you said it is a little pricey but its a great product to have if I need it and really does work.

I bought the Sure version a few weeks ago & i'm addicted it really does work. I dint know how I lived without it before
The only reason I took a pregnancy test at 4 weeks was because i turned into a sweaty betty, this has been my life saver for the last two years! The new scents are much nicer now too x
I love this! It works so well. I didn't realise how pricy it was when I took it to the til and I nearly put it back but it's so good I'm on to my second ... tube. Is that what you'd call it? X

I have used it and I think it is brilliant! It's so nice to be able to reach up for something at work and not be worried about damp patches and not so nice smells. Before anyone thinks badly of me I shower everyday and wear clean clothes! This product has made my life so much nicer!
I've used both this and the Sure ones and they are exactly the same, performance-wise. The thing that wins it for me for Sure is the 'Fresh' fragrance, it's gorgeous. Well done on bringing up a sensitive topic for the ladies :)

I have used sure and dove maximum protection - love the smell of the dove lemon verbena and pomegranite!
the problem with it is the awful desgin of the click wheel thing. on the underside are 2 small holes and during the hot weather, a clear liquid would leak from it! i would pick it up to use and either it has leaked all over my table or it would drip out over my hands!!!
I did a silly thing a brought the maximum protection, without seeing some reviews just, but i thought id check some out once i got home, and yours was super helpful! I've only been using it for a couple of days but have really noticed a difference! would recommend to just about anyone!
